Stacking the Shelves #5

hosted at Tynga's reviews showing what you've got, bought, borrowed, or whatever bookish things you've got (and to make other people jelly of what you got XD)
I went a little crazy on buying and maybe the Book gods are with me or something, but I keep getting really good deals, I can't help but buy, right? ; D
Bought

Info Box
The Julian Game by Adele Griffin
The Disenchantment by Nina LaCour
Tokyo Heist  by Diana Renn
The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne

Chime by Franny Billingsley
Icefall by Matthew J. Kirby
I got the 4 books on the top for a total of about $20 and each of them are hardcovers!!! (they were 70% EACH!) I got Chime and Icefall at the book fair last week and Icefall was only $2.50!  The Scarlet Letter I got at Marshall's (clothes place), it's a deluxe edition that I got for $5.00!

  6. Awesome book deal! There hasn't been any book deal in the past few months in my town but last January, I bought Delirium hardcover and it was almost 70% of the original price!! Wish that kind of thing happens a lot...

The Disenchantment seems like a great summer read from the cover! I'm adding it to my to-read list. :)

  10. The books that go on sale here are usually adult books, so.. :( I'm so jealous of people who get to buy a lot of hardcovers, lol! Chime was a really interesting read. Enjoy your new books! :)

  11. I wonder how Icefall will be. I've seen the cover before (slightly gushed over it) but I've never seen a review.

Chme is AMAZING! Well, it depends all on you. I adored it. I prefer the other cover.

So many deals and so many books. Have fun reading all of them!

  14. Wow, so many great bargains! I'm loving the cover of The Scarlet Letter you bought- I think it's only a recently released re-design and I love the series it's from. I haven't read it but hope to this year, especially after watching Easy A! (:
